These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI SEO Agents platform and WordPress plugin (the "Service") operated by AI SEO Agents ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

AI SEO Agents is a cloud-based platform that provides AI-powered SEO content generation, optimization, and WordPress publishing capabilities. The Service consists of:

  • A cloud API hosted on AWS (EU-North-1 region)
  • A WordPress plugin that connects your site to the cloud API
  • A web dashboard for managing agents, articles, and publishing

2. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid API key obtained from the AI SEO Agents dashboard
  • Provide accurate WordPress site credentials for publishing
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and WordPress Application Password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Produce spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
  • Exceed your subscription plan's usage limits through automated means

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced using AI language models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing content on your WordPress site
  • We do not guarantee any specific SEO ranking results or performance outcomes
  • You own the content generated through your use of the Service, subject to any applicable AI model provider terms

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Accept that usage beyond your plan limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. WordPress Site Access

When you connect your WordPress site to the Service, you grant us permission to:

  • Create, update, and manage WordPress posts via the REST API using your Application Password
  • Upload media files to your WordPress media library
  • Read your site's existing content for SEO analysis purposes
  • Set SEO metadata (Rank Math or Yoast) on published posts

You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your site from the plugin settings.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content published through the Service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
